Job Maintenance

A Job Coach works with the client and the employer to ensure long-term job placement success. The Job Coach assists individuals in maintaining employment by analyzing the job, determining employers expectations, and providing strategies and training techniques to meet the client’s needs.

Corbrook’s Job Coaches will provide progress reports including the following:

• Identification of any necessary accommodations
• Identification of any strategies for improving work performance to meet competitive standards
• A description and resolution of any job crisis situation
• An outline of participant/employer meetings
• Method and frequency of contact
