Corbrook provides a practical and beneficial Work Hardening Program. Our goal is to improve the client's physical tolerance in the workplace, enhancing his or her ability to return to employment within the current competative marketplace.

Our Vocational Counsellors, along with our Production Staff, will design a schedule in a real work environment to achieve the goal of increased physical tolerance. This process involves continued and coordinated work performance and evaluation.

Corbrook's Work Hardening Program is used when the client's work tolerance has not reached its optimal level and when improvements in tolerance are needed before the client can return to work.
